Your review of Incomplete Nature is interesting. I have to say that my analysis is far more critical – http://mind-phronesis.co.uk/incomplete-nature
One main point I would wish to draw attention to is Alicia Juarrero’s book ‘Dynamics in Action’ which you can access as a pdf from her website and here: http://www.mind-phronesis.co.uk/dynamics-in-action-Alicia-Juarrero.pdf
What is striking about her book is, firstly how brilliantly written it is and secondly, how similar it is to Deacon’s thesis. For example, one need only to read her introduction – It sounds like a chapter to chapter intro to Deacon’s book.
